once again though a major thanks to Seb for organizing this and helpin everybody preparing with their cars to go as well! as well as pushin us newbees .. definately worthwhile id say to anybody, great fun! great bunch of peeps too!
Haven't been here in a while - would have been good to go to !
Sounds like it was a great day, would love to see a few videos of the runs - I would have been there, but I'm in the process of packing stuff up and sending it to self storage
I'm not going to take replys, this is just a statement. Yeah very poor form only one watercooled person turning up, good on you Steve and thanks very much for the video, your a champ. Not long a go there was some whinging from guys here bout Vortex people not "inviting" them to events. If you don't turn up to said events, not much point in whinging.
Was a good day, congrats to Matt and Louie for there 13's. Whilst I'd rather spend a day at a race track then a drag strip, there are a bunch of people that make days like this and the dyno worth going to. Thanks very much Seb for organising the day, I had lots of fun.
I'm not sure whether to take it with a grain of salt.
I would have loved to have gone to the Nationals, but Easter is a time I spend with my family. My father's birthday is 12th May. So count that cruise out.
Blood is thicker than water.
Dyno day ? Dyno'ed my car in February/April... didn't need to put it up again - and after reading about the bitching that occurs after EVERY dyno behind the scenes (whether it's with the Nissan crew by experience and reading Tiny's efforts even though he has had poor customer service and service in general) I can't be arsed going !
I love both my cars and love to talk and share info to those who are willing to do the same with genuine interest, not self motive.
Should just delete this post, but it's another one of those finger pointing comments..........
