Not sure how late it's open. But I'm sure if we hit it up some Saturday just after it opened or just before it closed we'd get it when it's nearly empty. Plus, it's underground, so light should be somewhat consistent.

I guess depends on the cars too. If it was like a crew of rat-MK2 drivers, a quarry would be sweet. Clean/OEM+ MK2ers, then a new shopping center carpark would be sick.
