I think there was some cash to go with that trophy as well, the guy who was doing all the video said something about it after the trophys were handed out.

Yep Mitchell - got your trophy & fifty bucks prize money!

Good result considering it was a Bosch dyno (No correction factors, no software or ramp rates to modify)

It was a shame we didnt have a stock Polo to compare yours to.

I love the bug with the porsche rims on it. I hope my golf grows to be old just as gracefully as that has!

2kw less than the APR chipped Polo GTI. Not bad for a 6 year old car
with the oettinger chip, cai tubing, gfb/or forge dv (used both) i got 115kw atw. with few mods now im on the 127 mark running lean still argh!. so that gives u an idea too!

What everyone forgot to say also was this is a genuine Bosch Dyno

              No correction factors
              No ramp rate changes
No PC smoothing (actually there is no PC attached)
              No operator intervention.

The graph actually plots straight onto the paper during the run.

So its a dead honest horsepower at the wheels

The best run by a drag beetle was about 120hp @ wheels - it runs 10 seconds or so (just for comparison).

Fuzion, If your car is running lean, why don't you take it back to Paul Muller to get him to look at it for you (he offered to do it for no charge) ?

If you are running lean, you could detonate & destroy your motor - and you have stated a heap of times you even know its running lean.

If your car is like Julians that was running lean - he replaced a $2 vac line to the fuel pressure regulator & it was all good (oettinger chip also).

Is it time to change to a 3.5 or 4.0bar fuel pressure regulator?
