I is comin and enterin, stock Mk3 catemagory Thankfully, counting the stupid and odd aftermarket tip on the standard exhaust, I've only got three modifications which does make her eligible! Wewt.

Forgot to mention that some bell-end nicked my front VR6 badge off the grille - doesn't count as a modification does it??

We cant access the entry form on the other site, if I had the paperwork, it would be in by now. I`m sure I`m not the only one.

            Paperwork
Please make sure you read the entire supplementary regulations carefully. When sending in your forms make sure that you fill in all relevant details. If you havent competed before and arent sure which class or group you should go in, you can leave those sections blank, but send in a list of vehicle mods so that we can have a guess at where you might fit in. Please fill in the top section of the scrutineering form and send that in as well. One last thing, an entry is NOT an entry until the entry fee is paid. Your entry is not accepted until it is paid for. If paying by cheque, the cheque must clear before entry is accepted.

            Minor Personnel Changes
Please be advised of the following amendments to the supplementary regulations (Section 8: Officials).

            Event Secretary: Chris Fraser
            Email: veedub.supersprint@gmail.com (address updated)

Chief Steward: Steven Pearce (personnel change)

Chief Scrutineer: Stuart Innes (personnel change)

            Issued 11th February 2010
            Chris Fraser
            Event Secretary

            Licencing
Minimum licence requirements is a CAMS Level 2 Speed (L2S) which allows you to compete in motorkhanas, supersprints, and hillclimbs. There are no licence tests involved, just fill in the application form. The licence fee includes Personal Accident Insurance.

You will also need current membership of a CAMS affiliated car club. Membership of Club Vee Dub is available subject to approval to owners/drivers of any of the Volkswagen brands ie Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT etc. Alternatively you can use the club finder on the CAMS website to find a club near you.

From a spectator perspective, does anyone know what time things get under way with the Supersprint on Saturday? I've emailed the event secretary but it doesn't look like I'm going to get a reply.

                      Track normally opens at 9am.
So probably between 9 and 9.30 I'd guess.

Sorry peoples. I'm not going to make it this year.

Lack of funding prevents me from making the trip up. Especially with rego, morgage & all the other bills that get piled up on top, leave me with next to nothing in the bank.

Sorry that I'd rather pay my bills, than drive a 2000km round trip for a car show.
