FYI guys, I went on the Byron Cruise last year with about 50 cars and it all went well. As long as we know the route, the destinations and have the phone numbers of other people on the cruise, you'll be fine.

Edit: a GPS would help also.

Surely do, I've got James Dean as he's a photographer for the cruise.

I'm not sure whether I should take my car or use the Touareg. As much as I'd like to take my car, the Reg's windows aren't tinted so dark and there are more of them (for clearer shots). The only downside is that they'll all be a higher angle.

Yea sounds like a plan. What's the best place to meet, like for eveyone to get to. I can go anywhere really. I'm in paddington so I'm central to most places.

Hmm i am at tanah merah and dont mind were we meet... lets see who else wants to come and if they got any suggestions post them up and if nobody wants to then i am still up for it we can meet and cruise together if you like and i think macca will come with us 2.

We could wind down the windows, but the rear window doesn't go down! You can ride with us if you want, I don't mind! Just be prepared to duck a lot.. Even though the more Dubs, the better!

Bahaha I'll have a VW, don't you worry about that! Just don't know whether it'll be the Touareg or the Jetta. The Lexus will be stalking us down to Logan..

As for the pre-meeting spot, how about Nando's at Mt. Gravatt at 8.15? For an 8.45 departure.
