If anyone is keen for a spirited run this Monday (Labour Day March 8th) there are a few blokes going for a run.

Meet early then Mt D take a right head towards Warburton and over Reefton, up Lake Mountain and home via Spur.

Nothing crazy but will be a heated pace.

start point will be the Essex Rd Oval carpark, right near the corner of Essex Rd and Huntingdale Rd
