Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    ACT Canberra VW Owners Club (CBRVWOC)

    Hey guys,

    I am a Canberra based R32 owner, I just recently attended the SYDR32OC and MkV cruise.

    Anyway, I have been looking into putting together a Canberra based VW owners club if anyone is interested. Most of my time I spend on R32OC.com but here to drum up some more members.

    But yeah if anyone is interested let me know, we can try and build a bit of a group and possibly have an event.

    PS. The only real exception to the VW part of the club is bugs and 4x4's, its not really a bug/4x4 type of group but more of a street'r/tuner/racer type affair.

            Hi guys,

            Also looking to get a canberra community together, i setup a website etc if you guys are interested but have been to lazy etc to promote it, let me know if your interested.

                I'm all up for joining more groups,

                I am however trying to create a local Canberra vw community and not to compete with other sites like vwwatercooled who do a great job at a national level.

                I have brought the domain ActDubb.com, check it out if you can, still working on the theme and creating categories etc but let me know what you think. Open to ideas

                              Thats like all the clubs I know of around the region, more of an oldskool aircooled club.
                              I do understand that they accept cars of our genre also, but I am aiming for a more modern styled club that creates its own scene and cluture.
