keep in mind that with 30ish cars u want as little turns as possible otherwise people are gonna get lost.

radios are dam handy. Especially with a big convoy.
plus there is no real way to avoid suburbia in this cruise unfortunately, so we are just going to have to do our best to stay together.VW: it aint just a car, its a way of life

they are handy. Maybe if u got em bring em but I dont think its viable to expect everyone to have one.
As mentioned I think the best idea is the most direct route. Traffic lights or not. If there are less turns then people wont get horribly lost. Also publish the route in this thread before hand. People can study it/print it out

People can study it/print it outThis is not a cruise for the driving per say. Its a cruise to meet up socially, and to enable an a good number of cars to turn heads on the way to what will hopefully be an awesome dub show. So who else wants to join in?This will be a leisurely cruise along suburban roads, hopefully maintaining a convoy of sorts, so therefore we will be strictly following appropriate speed limits.

Great...To be honest at 8:30 on a sunday morning I don't think we are going to be bombarded with traffic. If we take it easy and stop to regroup there shouldn't be any issues.Originally posted by Tensixty6 View PostI, for one, will have the SatNav programmed. If I get separated from the group, at least I won't get lost.

Hi all.....I'll have to bump my name off the cruise list as I'm now MC'ing the event and will be heading straight to the park, possibly with an EOS in tow if Barloworld arrange it in time (and let me have it !)Currently driving 2014 Jeep Cherokee - looking at the 2017 Tiguan 162TSI Highline (Habanero Orange) !
