      Hi

There has been a lot of interest in the Supersprint this year, hopefully we will have a full field of VWs & Audis.

This the best spot to find out more about the Supersprint http://www.clubvw.org.au/supersprint/index.php

Any recommendations for accommodation in the vicinity of the showgrounds. It would need to have secure parking, preferably undercover. As far as l can see, Crowne Plaza Parramatta seems to be the closest superior venue? Any others that anyone can recommend?

You wont find any accommodation near the showgrounds that has undercover secure parking. LOL actually there's no hotels/motels in the area.

Your best bet would be either the Crown Plaza or the Sebel at Parramatta, then there is also hotels at Olympic Park - straight down the M4 onto the Cumberland Hwy and your not far from the showgrounds.

You will want to come packing heat if you want to stay in the Fairfield/Cabramatta/Smithfield/Hoxton Park area, and I'm not talking 9mm here either...You will need a roof mounted .50 Cal to get around safely in that area!!

maybe you could help us out with that Blitzen.... hehe.

I think i'm going to be on holidays in Tassie for this years nats by the look of it... but might make it back in time. Supposed to be coming back across the straight on the 14th, and then over to S.A., loop back into NSW. I guess we should be back in time.

for the supersprint do you you need a cams liscense or just a normal one?

Cams license but its only a 2S, so its just a fill out the form and pay. It's not expensive at all and will then allow you to run at any other supersprint event.
