We have 17 beds spoken for unless some of the non confirmed guys pull out. Realistically there is only room for a couple more people!

Id like to cap it at around 20 people (there are 22 beds and I dont like any of you enough to share)

If anyone wants to invite a friend from any of the other forums out there opelaus/renault/ecca feel free to so long as they come with the same sensible attitude that we normally follow on public roads.

Anyways.. Not too far away now.. Getting pumped for this one.. Looking forward to a nice bbq and a drink on the saturday night as well

Just got back...
DSG is giving me some issues again after sending it in for the reset/reflash! Jerkiness when accelerate from cruising speed...it's driving me bonkers and it's just not smooth...!

Might have to pass this epic cruise...will confirm again by thurs...

I know you might not feel like going when your baby is sick but you could possibly go co-pilot in someones car if yours isnt up to the task.

random thought for the day.

Would be nice if most people could get a hold of a UHF radio for the weekend.
Dont care if you beg, steal of borrow one im just thinking that with the lack of phone coverage in some areas it will be a handy thing to have. Both for an organisational and safety perspective. Jaycar have basic ones starting from around $50. Whilst they will only have a short range they will still be better than zero communication.

They can also make for some light entertainment along the way on long trips

On the return trip Sunday I will be going thru Myrtleford, Whitfield, Mansfield, etc, IMO a better drive than the trip down to the Princess hwy. with some good roads over Tolmie way and a few hours shorter.

I also leave an uhf in the car .
