I'm keen - I've done a few track days at Morgan Park in my STi in the past (and loved it).
Having said that, is it a track day? (Insurance hassles etc....) or a "driver training" day? (Covered by insurance).

Dr Spine,
The advanced would be fine for you - they still do some ESP / traction / Understeer / oversteer & brake (ABS) work firstly.
The defensive driving is aimed at the more "L" platers & is a good step before doing the advanced!Comment
