Sirromet can't approve the shoot as they've got a large corporate function on the grass and 2 weddings on that day.. As you can imagine there'd be people everywhere!!

So we're back at square one for a location

Bummer, why not just see if they or we can push it out a week / 2 weeks ?

We were all pretty happy with location, we should just try to work around it...

We could go for that and then try and do something else on the original date sept 12th, maybe an underground shoot, car park etc.

The more meets the better I reckon.

Not sure about others, but it's pretty hard for me to get off work on a Saturday night, so if we can find another location that would be preferable.

An underground carpark that stays open till later would be great. I know Capalaba Central has one that doesn't close but it's not all too exciting. Capalaba Park has a cement carpark (better for shots) but I think they close the gates at night..

The e-mail I got from the PR lady says that weekends are generally never good especially with the weather warming up, they've got weddings and functions on all the time!!

that sucks,........... i generally get sat's off so either location or a week or 2 later is fine with me.

I'll be taking a drive out to Capalaba Central on Tuesday night to see what it's like at night.. I think the latest store that stays open on a Saturday night would be Big W & Woolworths which both close at 5..

But I'll post up how my little investigation goes (and if the carpark is even open after hours)..

Sounds good, even a big open carpark is fine, as long as it's well lit.

Carparks are always a good backup if all else fails.

would have loved to throw a Mazda in the mix with the pics..

But I will be in canberra doing a car cruise with the mazda team from NSW and ACT.

Our club has a photo shoot on Sept 27th....if anyone is interested..
