what the hell is a "dual port BOV" and why does a car need one? is it something that makes your car sound like a broken air compressor? or is it to let you know that you've decided to change gears and have released the throttle?

It is also a replacement for a factory Diverter valve that doesn't reliably hold boost levels when pushed higher than stock.
