Ok some gansters went out cruising in a Mk1 just for kicks. Much Mk3 and Mk4 content was spotted. BTW I hope we meet some nicer Mk4 owners than the twig last night
Its a Business Park off Plummer St which is off Williamstown Rd. Ill get the Melways Ref soon.
Its a great spot, easy to get to with plenty of spots and no speed humps.
Back to Hawthorn sites, what about the Ikea carpark at Victoria Gardens SC? The top level has a pretty mean view of the city, but I'm not sure what time it closes.

actually, now that i think about it, that spot i suggested in hawthorn on henry st, the access maybe a little restricted for those who are low. i havent been there since i put the coils in so i dunno if anyone on a drop will make it in haha
However, a shooter of Velly's calibre would make something decent of the area, unlike me!
loved ur photos, lots of guts there. But I don't think it would work out for any more than just a couple of cars. I lived in docklands and I can't think of anywhere where we can park (that is well lit) or take any group photos (unless we plan on blocking all the roads and tram tracks )
i'd rather go for industrial or carpark theme, preferably a rusty abandoned industrial place/factory or a railway, got some good examples saved on my comp but don't feel like uploading them now
i am going out tonight to have a look about the city, any one fancy tagging along????
I think docklands is the place to check out
where the hell was my phone call!
