I gotta say after driving 5hrs in NZ by myself its not so bad. You just need an ipod of some sort and knowing how to reset thus ipod is crucial incase it freezes like i found out lol. If we drive down as a group i reckon CB radios would be pretty fun and keep us entertained similar to the top gear challenges

LOL it would be fun but still, knowing I could fly down in a little over an hour is just too tempting. Then theres the burden of being carless and therefore scabbing lifts which I hate doing

Ipod isnt an option in the polo, data CDs are a must!

What's the route looking like guys?

I moved from Sydney to Griffith NSW recently - looks like you might be driving through Goulbourne, Yass, near Wagga?
Would be great to meet you en-route!

                  Time is ticking

Its obvious we all are going at different times to one another.

I am sure the melbourne crew will organise a gtg down there on Saturday/Night sometime, so its prob best we all catch up then and just get there full stop lol
                  What’s behind you doesn’t matter..

Alright guys, being the lazy ****er I am, I haven't re-read through this thread to know who's going from NSW -> Melbourne, so let's have a hands up to see who's going. Also, put down what day you're able/prefer to leave so we can try and organise a big cruise down together. Once we get a decent list going, we'll make another thread and delete this so we can discuss more about the cruise, as well as suitable accommodation and what to do when we're there (hopefully the Melb crew will pitch in!).

I am keen, as is Preeny and Dubsteve. I think Peedman and Soundofavr6 are also?

I would head down on the Friday and come back Monday.

Yep, I like this idea too.

There's only a bit more than 6 weeks left everyone!
