After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

I have done this road many many times... it is an awesome drive. Yes, some bits you need to be extra careful on, but there's some 'go-for-it' bits too. I usually stop at the top to look over the Railway border loop and have a cuppa. We do an annual Mazda cruise to Kyogle that usually goes this way.
This is the route we normally do:
Down through Springbrook, then back via the Lions Rd after lunch at the great BBQ park area at Kyogle.
Not sure if I'll have my new R36 by the first weekend in July though...

It's a brilliant day out. The bit from Murwillumbah across to Kyogle is freaking awesome. As for the MPS cruise, now i actually have some time to talk and dont have my boss over my shoulder, the drive i did was from here down to Murwilimbah, from there down to Muliumbimby, there to Lismore, then Casino, Then Tenterfield, Then stanthorpe, then warwick then back home. Quite an epic trip, i left about 9 in the morning, got home bout 8 that night, and i wasnt hanging around either, although that was a long time ago when i had my little alfa, great drive, next time i might space it out a bit though
Im looking forward to this cruise, you bringing the MPS if you dont have the Passat by then?Coxy

If things go to plan the MPS will be gone by then... it's up for sale now. Mate, I Think (Correct me if im wrong Sean) We are meeting opposite Maccas beaudesert at about 830 onward, and leaving from there around 930. Its bring your own food, Personally i will be stopping in at a bakery out there which is usually pretty good.
