But i'm going to need to organise a freakin calendar, because there are sooooo many vee dub events on in november!

I don't think i have enough money for tyres and petrol for all that, let alone a new alternator belt because that snapped last week (long story, and yes it was new when i did the conversion!!)
i could give ya $10 fuel money or something?
but im definately in Im looking forward to it!!!

There's one 100m from Williamstown beach.

There's also a very nice and big carwash(vac bays etc) 5 mins away.

Don't think I'm biased just because I live there, but to be honest it's close to the city (15-20mins) and for people who are from the western suburbs, travelling all the way out to the south east 2 days in a row would be a killer.

          Yes?? No??

I'm all for the idea ausgolfer.

My problem is I don't want to be driving around on a trade plate(even though it is legal to do so 24/7) as it's on loan for the weekend. That's if I can get my car going in time.
If the GTI's a no go then yes I'm in. I'll probably stay in Kew for the night.
The rusty relic will have to do for another year.

Like I said. If the GTI's not finished by then, then I will probably come along.
You have to understand that it isn't my trade plate & I respect the fact that when I have used it in the past, it's only used for travelling to & from the place of destination.
Not for travelling all over the country side.(& the Leylend Bros. )

Thats a good idea. Does anyone know of any carwashes in the area? Or is the carwash idea cac?

One other advantage of Williamstown will be the other cars out and about, if it's warm then all manner of cars will be out and about cruising Williamstown.

If you're on a trade plate and want to keep the driving to a minimum, you can always park your car up somewhere safe and get a lift around with one of us if required.

I'll see how it all goes.
Car's are the last thing on my mind.
I've got bigger drama's going on within the last 24 hours. Regarding work. Haven't sleep or eaten in 24 hour's. I've reached my breaking point.
