QLD Blitzen in Brisbane (mini meet on the 14th dec)

As the title suggests blitzen is in town on that weekend. Just wanted to know if anyone was up for something, squirt up mt glorius and a pub or something like that. Sunday Arvo suits me best as my clutch goes in on saturday. This isnt to take away from the cruise early next year just a quick gathering to meet blitzen.

we will meet at the macdonalds at the corner of Banks street and Enogerra Road. At say 2:30pm ( is this time ok) from there we will follow the route and end up at the Gap. Any ideas on pub near the Gap.

Either way there's a pub at the Gap, set high in the hills, nice view, but a bit pricey to eat there. Fine for a bevvy.

Best eating is at Mt Nebo, beside the postoffice. Wedges, burgers and milkshakes to die for, but unsure if they are licenced.

Hey did you guys end up going up the mountain? I waited at the Ferny Grove tavern from around 3pm, but figured I missed you guys. The odd GTI etc went past, but not more than one, and no polo's to be seen. I went on a cruise with all my friends ( nil ) after a bit! Did I get the route way wrong??
