Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW Drag Combat Sunday March 15th 2009

    Once again the time has come to organise the annual Drag Combat challenge.
    Its open to all VAG cars and will be run in conjunction with Drag Combat
    Series - although we will have our own lane.

    I'll need at least 20 cars to pre-enter.
    There will be a prize for the winner of $500! Sponsored by Euro Automotive.
    For everyone that would like to compete, please register with me at dragcombat@live.com.au.

    I'll post up lists regularly of people entered.

      So i'm guessing its dial in racing? will we only be competing against other VAG cars? or anyone there on the day?

        yeah dial in bracket racing , If we get enough numbers we compete against each other , but we need the numbers , Im gonna have to drag my sister into this to keep the numbers up , where are all you guys with the big build up threads that are finished , Loon , Mickey , Steve ???? come on guys this is meant to be an event for all of us to go out and have some fun !

          I'm in ... should be interesting, doubt I'd get anything better than a 16 though...

            Unless your an auto you should be running 15's !

              Hahaha I think my driving leaves much to be desired! The car should be up to scratch by then, so I won't have any excuses!
