It was a great day. It was awsome getting to know some of you guys and such a great turnout.

I still cant get my head around that there was a STANDARD MK5 catagory (biggest nerds), Dom won runner up for MODIFIED VW and that cream colour mk1 "GTI" won best STANDARD mk1-mk2.
The judges baged my car aswell, like they know anything about anything.

For anyone who cares, dads car (the red 3door with the roof racks) stoped a total of 6 times, only once on the way back.

what a cracker of a weekend, thanks to everyone today who made it such a massive turnout!

Me and Preeny ended up judging for the Karmann Ghia's which was something different, it was good to catch up with everyone and see the watercoolers out in force

I'm sorry I didn't make it to the dovw (had out standing issue's with myself), but I'm glad I not only made the trip up in the arvo to hang out with everyone, but also spending time with everyone across the weekend.

It was an absolute blast to catch up & hang out with the Syd. crew as always.

Hope everyone had a good time & I'm sure everyone will agree that is was a laugh every 30sec's!!!

Between jokes & paying each other out, it's alway's a pissa.

Glad some of you made the trek down to check out some stuff I've got down here & also going to the local for a meal & drinks.

Hope to catch up with everyone again.

I'm sorry, I didn't catch up with the rest of the interstater's. I only had like 8 hours sleep in 2 day's & was wrecked.

I did here about the so-called mk1 expert's judging the alleged standard mk1 5dr with GTI engine, wheel arch trim's, Mk3 steelies etc & also badged "GTI"!!!!

Fair enough fella's.
