NSW Eastern Creek Track day 25th Nov

Hey Guys,

How are you all? This track day is listed with vortex and I was wondering if anyone in Syd was planning on tracking their car.

Local track so if you have a break down the cost of having abit of fun on the day won't blow out.

Next trackday at Eastern Creek is on Tuesday, 25th November, 2008.
As always, it's hosted by the inimitable James Stewart of Driving Solutions, who has been kind enough to offer us VORTEXERS, as a thank you for our continued support over the last year, a reduced price of $230. This is a forty-five dollar saving off the RRP.
This includes tuition and lunch, and runs from 8am - 5 pm.
To book, phone Christine @ A.R.D.C. on (02) 9672 - 1000 and quote "VORTEX GROUP" inorder to get the reduced rate.
This will be a nice opportunity to have a GTG before silly season creeps up on us - interstate visitors are most welcome!!!

Hoping for a 1:58 -2:00 range......but will more than likely end up with a 2:10 = )

This sounds good! Just wondering, what will we need to bring? Long sleeve shirt and pants, and helmet? And for the car; fire extinguisher? I've never been to a track day before so I don't know what's involved!

Also, there's no passengers allowed on the track either aye?

the wkend before service your car if it needs it.
check brake pds and tyres.......these are the two that wear out most.

hahahah just sold the zed recently for good money so guess where thats going go into now? yep back to the black hole.......: ).

The black box is still there........we got a flat 1:15 around wakefield after only 2 sessions before we had to take the car off last time it was out. I should have the car 'more' ready for EC so it'll be fun.

it'll be interesting to see what breaks this time around : ).

defly setting up a vid cam this time cause I don't really know the lines around EC all that well.
