Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Time to hit the track again!

    I've got Monday off, How good's that? A long weekend and on the fourth day there was racing!

    White's good to go, I'll be in a 2.0 class this time, not that that it seems to matter much.

    Still looking for a volunteer pit crew.

    I have exams a few days after, so chances are I wont be able to make it! D'oh!

        Bump!

        No tools required, Someone to work a stopwatch and take down times would be handy.

        I try not to do too much mechanical stuff trackside Generally pit crew mostly writes stuff down if all's working well.

          You guys have all the cool motorsport events down there..

          Although, the Australian Hill Climb Championship is on at bathurst this weekend.. Might go and watch Peter Gumley tear it up in that awesome blown flat 4 again!

              Scrutineering starts at 8:00 so I'll probably aim to be there around 7:30

                    Good luck, Pete. Wet weather just changes the driver skill/vehicle performance percentage from 30/70 to about 90/10... So you should be fine.

                      Wet weather thins out the falcadores in the field too!
