Yea, well chances are we'll only need a few people organising, as most of the organising is before the actual day.

I'm sure we'll have enough help.

Hey Tim, just an update on dates, after the 25th of Oct is no good for me as I'll be in Shanghai for the rest of the month.

Maybe mid October or 2nd weekend of November? I get back on the 1st of Nov so that weekend is no good for me.

well the one day suggested above was november 15th. The day before DOVW. So that the boys from NSW can take part. Not set in stone yet. still after peoples input before we finalise anything.
