What does "WOVR NA" mean. I think its Written off vehicle register not applicable.

If thats the case does it mean this can be fixed up and re-registered?

I know Stat write offs are never allowed back on the road.

It means what you thought WOVR Not Applicable .
Because it is over 15 years old it doesn't go on the WOVR Register.
