    hey guys,

helping my friend with a potential car... He saw this VR6 on gumtree:

    04/1998 Volkswagen Golf 2.8 VR6 Hatchback | Cars, Vans & Utes | Gumtree Australia Tuggeranong - Monash

Are there any particular problems with vr6s at this age / k's ? Is 3,5k a good deal or a little steep ?

    thanks for the help

It looks pretty tidy for the age and kms and price seems maybe even slightly on the low side.

Get it checked over and if it checks out chuck em an offer.

For my opinion look good for that price.

          R36 > MK5 2006 1.9 TDI > MK4 2003 1.6 Generation > MK3 1995 2.8 VR6 > MK2 1990 1.6 > MK1 1982 1.8 GTI

Minus the Dame of Edna tail lights, it looks noice for the amount of K's.
