These are Kurt's (knupflog) golfs. Yes one is george's old car that came up for sale not that long ago, the other is my old car.

I haven't seen George's old car in the flesh, but I can tell you the orange shell is in AMAZING condition, has next to no rust and would be an ideal project car. The price he is asking is extremely fair IMO, would love them both... space permitting

the orange one sure is an amazing shell and it's had so many owners ive tracked down alot of them i'll list below , "george's" old car has been parted out and crushed due to a badly bent floor pan , rusted out roof and more body filler than actual vw steel


the first owner i could find was ed conarcher who brought it stock from a old lady and fitted the euro import 1.8 passart motor big cam and 50mm dellorto then to a david ???? he used it as a track car then eddie storer then to ???????? then ed conarcher again then Ian cunliffe had it around 1999 after that kurt (Knupflog) owned it fitted a 020 box and quaife lsd he had it untill 2003 and gave it to his brother , then ed conarcher ,brought it again sold it to SpeciP3 then kurt owned it again and parted the old stuff out to robbie in devonport and now it sits shaved primed awaiting paint i don't think the orange one is for sale now it's in storage along with all brand new parts yet to be fitted i've heard he's spent a fortune on parts nearly sent him broke thats why it was up for sale .
