I get that but not every MK2 that's for sale is for a collector. What i'm trying to say is if you are into you're VW's enough to be a collector you're gonna know what a MK2 is and don't need to be told they are a collectors car.
If it was a 3 door 16v then yes it's one for the collectors but an Aussie delivered car with high milage and aftermarket wheels just isn't.
Just because something is rare doesn't mean it's a collectors item. Would you call a MK3 2 door a collectors car or just un-common?Comment

yes, but leave the SA cars alone. lol.
