Thats been up on ebay for over 4 weeks now, i have been watching to see if the price comes down.
I agree something a little more vintage needs this MOD haha
Still i think they are asking to much since they cant get rid of it and from what i gathered when i rang them about another engine they had last year, these are sent to them in case their is ever a warranty issue and a vw customer needs a new engine so its not like it cost them anything to start with they are just trying to clear some space and offload it.

Nice that it's new but still a bit too pricey me thinks. And it's a buyers world! If I went somewhere asking for an R36 motor this is a pricetag I'd expect to hear. Bur considering it's being sold I would say 5k max.
