            NSW fellas you cant register this in NSW cause its a repairable write off correct?

              $8000 for a car that needs a VIV is playing with fire.
              The inspection costs $500. if it was ready for the road they would clear the vehicle and have it ready for registration. It would certainly be worth a lot more in my eyes then.

              The VIV inspections are notoriously painful and if the car fails you need to pay another $500 to have it reinspected.

                    NSW legislation recently passed states you cant register repairable write offs in NSW any more? is this correct?
