at 2.5" it'll be a bit on the noisey side! depending on the muffler of course..

2.5" is a bit overkill for a 1.6

Yeah i was kinda interested in the exhaust too, but won 2.5" be a bit too big? Like gordon said, you'd loos a fair bit of back pressure. Wouldnt 2" be pretty much the perfect size..- Orange Golf mk1 LS, 1.8 5speed, 32/36 - sold

2" is still waaaaaaaaaay to big. You need to have as much back pressure as you can so I would go .4" myself. That wasy your back pressure will be awesome and great for your power and torqueMK1 floG soon to have 16v 2L with cable change gbox - need a 16v turbo manifold
