  • BBS RC 17" 5x112

    In Melbourne - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Sent a message and got a reply that they're 5x112, but the pics in the auction are not of the actual rims (centre-caps don't have the "MOTORSPORT EDITION" stickers; "minor scratches" could turn out to be ugly). Maybe these will tick someone else's box.
    Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
    Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

Ive been keeping an eye on these ones.
If theyre still cheap i may put in a bid or 2 but as u say could turn out to be ugly.

Just got a response from the seller.
Specs on the wheels are as follows:

      BBS RC 307
      8J 17H2
      ET 35

      PCD 5x112

Seems they would be a good fitment for a previous model A4/Passat perhaps. A few mm of poke on a MK5 Golf.

its 1mm more poke than my Audi wheels were.
New ride height is not conducive to poking without stretch.

                        a) depends on the back of the mounting face,

                        b) depends on the centre bore

                        c) adapters from overseas would be a cheaper option than redrilling.

BBS RC's are not re-drillable, I have a set in my backyard atm.
