Looks like they've got an aftermarket computer attached to the dash, something tells me this car has been tweaked... Hard to tell, but looks like its been dropped.
Price is right, could be an awesome buy for the right person...Comment

I was thinking more like the scangauge, but I don't recognize it.
Looks like there is something sticking out next to the dash, could be a microphone for a hands free kit.

Definitely lowered, also the tint is dark and looks like mine (illegal).
Number plate is interesting as that's a recent letter series (ie re-registered or new plates in 09) not from 06/7 when the car was first registered.
