VIC MKIV 2.o fuel pump and sender unit

Hi guys,

I'm after a complete used genuine fuel pump. I know many of them are interchangeable between models but I've already installed one from a wrecker and my fuel gauge now reads incorrectly, so I'd like to try one that I know came out of a 2.0 MKIV.

Let me know what you've got, including model year and kms if possible.

Take the pump back out and fit your sender unit to it.

Have one out of a 1.6

I'd be very surprised if it's not the same.

Otherwise, check that you've fitted it correctly, and that the float arm is not hung up on on the inside of the tank.
