For the rears, exactly the same. Only difference is the rotor is drilled and tapped 4 or 5 hole.
I have an extra pair of rear Mk3 calipers but am currently getting them powdercoated to replace my current ones. I'll keep in contact once they're swapped out in case you haven't found another pair.
