Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA WANTED: 4x100 7x15 rims

    Looking for some reasonably priced wheels for track use only. Not that fussy... within reason.

    Must be 4x100 pcd and 7"x15" in a offset of around ET20-ET35

    Budget is $600 absolute max.

    Keep an eye out for BMW wheels. Plenty of E30 stuff in 15x7 et25

        Do you want 7 x 16 or 7 x 15 ? $600 should buy you a set of decent 15" wheel.

          There are some 4x100 15x7 Borbet A wheels on gumtree with tyres for $650

            Pity about the ET. I have some 17" Denver wheels sitting in my garage. But the ET is 46. Looking for around $450 - $500. Wheels are unmarked (brand new)

              Yeah sorry, its supposed to be 7x15. I've edited the OP. Its for the mk2 Steve, so 17's would be miles too big anyway.
              These wheels will be my track event wheels for semi slick tyres.
