Hi Guys,
Just seeing if any of the Brisbane based people on here that recently bought the R8 coil packs have their OEM coils that I could buy or borrow? My wife and I are awaiting delivery of a Mk7 Navy 103TSi Highline but our 2008 GT Sport has developed the dreaded misfire. We replaced the plugs last week which improved the problem but it still plays up especially when hot.
We've been advised that our car will be here in about 2 weeks as apparently we have chosen a difficult colour to get a hold of... So anyway, we are trading the Mk5 in and don't want to bomb it before we do, but on the other hand don't want to spend massive dollars on it either. If anyone could help us out I would greatly appreciate it. Just PM or email me the details if you are able to help or know of a cost effective fix.
