ACT WTB: 235/40/18's tyres only, or with wheels

Long shot I know, but has anyone got a set of the above tyres, the more tread the better. Not looking to spend more than $400 or so. happy if its got wheels attached and don't mind gutter rash etc as i'm happy to paint them.

Doesn't have to be ACT, as am happy to ship.
