Hi Guys,

As above, looking to buy a stock GTI Airbox pref with the snorkel park. Don't need an air filter.

Currently have a piper cross CAI but want to go back to the stock box.

I have a stock one laying around in the garage, I shaved the inside tho and it has holes drilled in the bottom on the side

I think the previous owner removed the piping so it's just a cone now with a big hole at the end.

Would need a new silicone hose for it to really work as a CAI :/

Hey Slaj, will I run into any issues with the RWC with your Airbox?

What were the drill holes and shaving done for?

I don't know if there would be any issues with roadworthy to be honest, I shaved and drilled it for slightly better air flow but then ended up buying a CAI anyway

if the 2.0 airbox will suit i have one from 02 SE model. no feed pipe just the airbox. not modified.
