    Common query, chasing a set of coils for the mk1!!

    help get another classic vw scraping along the ground

    If you want to the cheaper option i had a fair few recommendations on the JOM coilovers, I brought the coilovers from veedubmachine for the price of $450 which included delivery.
    MK1, 1976 golfLS, 4 door (SOLD! Will be missed)
    MK1, 1980 golfGLD, 4 door (1.8l, 8v, 5 speed)

      I bought a set of JOMs from veedub, not bad for the buck, they are very stiff but not unbearable. depending on how much you like your spine and how hard you drive I guess

        anyone have some up for grabs for cheaper than the cheapest off ebay? im talking ~$200-300 cheap (second hand JOMs)

          You might aswell just spend the extra 100 or so dollars and get brand new cheap coils! You won't have any hassles or issues!

            If you want a good set of coils I have a set of weitecs. Brand new with new strut top caps on them.
