SA Bora headlamps

I am looking for a pair of headlamps for my wifes Bora.
The ones on her car have been sand blasted over the years and full beam is like side lights.
If anyone knows of a way of cleaning the ones on the car back to, As good as new then please let me know.

Sand paper, plastic polish, sealnt with some uv properties.
