any reason why you want a 45 DCOE on a 1.6???
seems a bit overkill, usually people go for a 32/36 Weber and a passat manifold

Ditto - sound is awesome as well. I now have one on my B1 Passat.

32/36 Weber is pathetic when compared to the awesome performance of the 45DCOE. I have the lynx manifold you so desire which has been polished and is possibly for sale. I am however keeping the 45 DCOE as it has been joined by it's identical twin.

pictures of said manifold, ports have been polished as far as possible, can include the cable bracket to bolt straight up to a mk1 with the stock throttle cable
