Just posting up before I look into buying brand new, whether anyone has any 2nd hand Lowered Springs (up to 35mm) or coilovers for sale? To fit Bora 4motion.

Will pay postage.

I'm just about to order some KW coilovers. I've got some TA Technix coilovers you can have for $200 if you want. Only catch is that you can't have them until the KWs get here

Sounds good mate, whats the range of the springs (lowest mm to highest mm setting)? and are they fully adjustable?

No idea on the ranges sorry. I've got the helper springs out of the front coilovers, but will include them if you want to refit them.
The front goes very low, enough to rub tie rods and driveshaft on body. The rear, goes moderately low. I will post some pictures up soon.

Fronts would have 100mm or so of adjustment (including the helper spring removal), up there or if not more then FKs.
Run out of clearance problems on the car or wheels before these max out

rears are never great in the mk4s, usually only 1" or so of adjustment after the initial drop from the shorter spring, but can do other minor changes to get lower. this is generally the case for all coilovers in mk4s though. Not sure how the US/UK AWD guys get lower in the back

Here is an old photo of how low they go on 17s. Fronts still have another 1.5inch of thread left. Rear will not go any lower without shorter springs.

Still chasing some lowered springs.
Looking at some Apex 35mm lowered springs for $198 landed from the UK.

But anyone selling any Bora/Golf 4motion lowering springs for a decent price!!?
