some no name coilovers, just want to go back to stock since i bought my 36. noticed my wifes passats springs are 25mm higher and those are easy to find

Hey Matty,

There is a guy wrecking a Volkswagen R36 on ebay at the moment otherwise I could refer you to a mate of mine who wrecks VW's and is likely to have the part you are after. If you want to go a littler crazier then I suggest you opt for some H&R lowering springs for the R36 what a difference they make to the overall driveablity and dynamics of the car.

I know the Black R36 on ebay has alot of standard passat 4 motion parts put on as the wreckers stripped the car to make a r36 clone.

I took off my R36 springs a few weeks after I bought the car new back in 2008 and got some custom made to raise the car by 15mm so that it could get up my steep driveway.

As a result I currently have a set of hardly used factory springs sitting in my garage in Brisbane that I could send to you in Sydney.
