VIC Mk1 momo steering wheel boss adapter

After a mk1 golf steering wheel boss adapter to suit a momo steering wheel.
Hole pattern on the wheel is 6 x 70pcd, and I assume a small spline in the hub.

Thought I'd ask around here, before I hit eBay.
