QLD WTB - MK4 gearbox and driveshafts

Gents,

does anyone have a manual 5spd gearbox lying around to suit a MK4 1.8T engine? my first gear is kaput and to avoid the cost of a rebuild i am opting for a second hand replacement - happy to organise freight for interstate members.

I know we discussed drive shafts but give these guys a call and see what the joints cost. Sorted me out with an obscure CV boot for my S3 after I exhausted all other options.

are the auto FDG gearbox driveshafts compatible ? if so i have a set.

As per text today hopefully have an answer for you tmw mate, pretty hard to answer straight away being one man band.

my guess would be no as generally speaking auto/manuals have different spline count of shaft length but i will do some research and find out
