VIC MK1 Golf Alternator

Noticed over the weekend that my battery light was flickering while i was driving, then yesterday after stopping at an ATM the golf wouldn't start under its own power again. managed to jump start it and now have a power pack to get me by.

I'm looking for a good alternator from a mk1 or an equivalent that will fit straight in!!

Go a serp belt setup if you willing to spend a couple of Bucks,

Why dont you repair the alternator you have? Its probably just the brushes that need replacing. And while you're at it you can add a "W" terminal and run a tacho
