Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW WTB Single mass flywheel - ABF or G60 (to suit 1.8T with VR6 clutch)

    Looking for a flywheel from an ABF engine, or aftermarket like the one offered by ECS for the 1.8T VR6 clutch conversion. (From what I've read they're exactly the same, yeah?)

    I don't want to ship one from the other side of the planet!

    I'm in the Newcastle area but willing to pay freight.
