I have a set of Weitec lowering springs that I purchased of Blitzen on this site. I never fitted them and now I have purcahsed a matched set of Weitec springs and shocks so I now don't need them.

I don't know a lot about them as I said I purchased them but haven't used them. He apparently had them in his car for a while but went for decided to go with coilovers. They are like new but have some minor marks on them. I can post pics here if you like or PM me your email and I can send them to you there. I paid $200.00 for them.

As I said above you should probably PM Blitzen. He will have all the info on them. I have done some research as well. They are green in colour and have VW582VA/000 on the front springs and have VW582HA/000 on the rears. I Googled that but got nothing. The Weitec catalog lists 28280075 as the kit no. for a Polo GTI and yes it shows 20/15mm drop on a GTI which was all that I was after.

I seriously doubt there are going to any noticable differences between Eibach and Weitec (or H&R) springs that have similar drop. Weitec is KW's budget brand in case you don't know.

Weitec make good suspension, I have run a few sets in the UK before coming down here. I wouldn't call them budget really, they still have TUV approval which isn't cheap to get.
I don't think you would be disappointed with them, except if you were to run them with standard shocks that are tired.
