I'm after the Front Valance for a '99 Bora V5.
The car I bought the wife is actually missing it completely...

I believe the different variation part numbers are:
1 - 1J5 805 903 B B41 (Standard)
2 - 1J5 805 903 D B41 (4 Motion/Diesel)
3 - 1J5 805 901 A B41 (4 Motion - Spoiler Version)

I have a standard (from a 4 cylinder or V5) lower valance on my 4motion and am hoping to get hold of a proper 4motion one. I believe the one I have is a in good condition, a couple of scrapes underneath but no cracks or splits.

Once I get mine replaced I'll be happy to sell you the standard one for a small fee. May even be able to deliver it to Canberra as I plan on visiting at least a couple of times in the next few months.

Just to confirm, the part you are after is just the black plastic valance at the bottom of the bumper?
