VIC work meister 3inch lip

Hey all,
Just got my hands on some 18" s1 work meister 3pce rims and after 2x 3 inch outer lips. I know a joint that can make some but i thought i would try my luck on some 2nd hands first, cheaper option.
Any help would be appreciated.
